This 75 minute workshop offers the combined benefits of yoga with the gentle healing power of Reiki. Nealee & Kelsey will guide you into restful yoga poses using the support of props so your body will feel comfortable and relaxed. To enhance your yoga practice the healing energy of Reiki will be applied to help you access deeper levels of relaxation and healing. Yoga + Reiki is a powerful combination leaving one feeling deeply rested and at peace. Class size limited to 10, please sign up in advance. Open to all levels. No experience necessary.
