This class will address painful, achy hips, knees, legs and feet. From the point of view of your “sensory-motor system, it’s all connected. Learn somatic movements to release pain and energize your whole body. Find balance in your body and equalize your center of gravity. This class will free up your gait and make you feel like dancing, running, hiking and biking!
