Description

This transformational workshop will teach you how to assess the 7 key areas of your life, evaluate your priorities, and make a plan to take action while gaining more clarity in visualizing your ideal life. Participants will have access to personalized meditations, goal-setting and life-balancing coaching, and the opportunity to create and share their own vision boards. All materials and supplies will be provided.

This class will be led by Stephanie Eilitz, Certified Life and Wellness Coach with Oola | The Mind and Body Company, and Chantal Doriott, MMT | Certified Mindfulness Meditation Teacher and Coach.
