Description
Integrate what you've learned in Yoga 101 (not a required prerequisite) in this regular yoga class flow.
An introduction to the principles of foundation, alignment and breath. Self-awareness and acceptance are essential. Honoring the beginner’s mind, we introduce basic poses that flow together. Build strength, increase flexibility and muscle tone, reduce stress and increase lung capacity.
All levels are welcome. You’ll need to bring your own yoga mat. A bottle of water is recommended. Please wear loose, comfortable clothing and be prepared to take your shoes and socks off. Yoga is practiced with bare feet.
All participants must register for this series - no drop-in's permitted. $49 for the 4-week series.
