Description
For the past 27 years, the Main Street Business Improvement District and the River Falls Chamber of Commerce & Tourism Bureau have sponsored a holiday celebration called River Dazzle. The celebration is always held on the Friday after Thanksgiving.
The festivities include Mr. & Mrs. Claus at Junior's, costumed carolers, a chili crawl, and other fantastic downtown activities. This is a wonderful time to start local holiday shopping as you enjoy walking downtown! One of the biggest highlights of the day is the River Dazzle parade beginning at 6:30PM.

One of the brightest highlights of the day is the River Dazzle lighted parade! It begins at the corner of Pine and Main, travels south to Locust and then back north on Main to the starting point.

1-5PM | Junior's Restaurant and Tap House
Come get your picture taken with Santa & Mrs. Claus! Capture the magic of the season with a FREE photo with Santa and Mrs. Claus! Bring your family and friends for a jolly good time as Santa and Mrs. Claus spread holiday cheer. Don't miss this wonderful opportunity to create lasting memories!
Holiday Trolley Rides Presented by BGR
1-5PM | Chili Crawl Route
There will be a FREE holiday trolley running downtown!

Join us for some River Dazzle pre-parade fun on Main Street!
The Fun: This is not serious competition—it's about embracing the holiday spirit and getting active in a lighthearted way. All ages are welcome. The only rule: Don’t be a cotton headed ninny muggins.
The Run: The half-mile run course is short and accessible to people of all ages and fitness levels. The race will begin at Veteran's Park, heads towards East Locust, back on Main to East Maple, with finish line at Veteran's Park.
Cost: Free
Day of Registration open at 5:30PM. Registration & Participation Waivers are required to participate. All participants will receive a festive bracelet at check-in!
Hot Cocoa and Cookies
1-6:30PM | Veterans Park
Stop by Veterans Park to get free hot cocoa and cookies! Brought to you in partnership by the River Falls Chamber and River Falls Senior Center. Free cookies & cocoa while supplies last. Special Thanks to Rise Baking!

- Cost: No entry fee, but we do ask that you complete the online registration form and have participants complete the waiver.
- Paper registration forms and/or printing screenshots of a registration form will not be accepted. You must complete the registration online.

- Float Requirements: Floats are required to be illuminated with some form of holiday lighting, and no real Santa's! Santa will make a special appearance at the end of the parade.
- Parade Lineup will begin at 5:00PM; Location: Corner of Pine and Main (Bo Jon’s parking lot)
- Parade Route: Start at the corner of Pine and Main, travels south to Locust and then back north on Main to the starting point. Parade will begin promptly at 6:30PM.
